12 Books of Christmas

12 Books of Christmas: Hush, Hush

Only one week until Christmas!!

This book is part of a four-book saga, and all of the books are completely incredible, but I’m picking the very first book, because as we all know: we have to start at the beginning!

Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick
Romance was not part of Nora Grey’s plan. She’s never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how hard her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch comes along. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Patch draws Nora to him against her better judgement.
But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora’s not sure whom to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is and seems to know more about her than her closest friends. She can’t decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel.
For she is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those who have fallen—and, when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong side will cost Nora her life.

Eeek! I’m taking a moment to fangirl here!!

And now, the questions.

Have you read this book? If so, what rating would you give it? If not, why do you want to read it?
Yes, I have!! I read it a while back and it was positively immersing! I did not stop reading this book at all — you can ask my family!
I give this book 4.5 stars!
Why did you pick this book as one of your twelve this Christmas?
Because I love those types of stories where love conquers all. Where good conquers evil. I like it when characters are put through problems and roadblocks that only deepen the love and make it mature. It’s the true love test, and I love that kind of story. And I hope you do too.
What’s the age limit for this book?

This book is for people 14 years and up.
